What is a pack in FiveM?

A pack in FiveM means two things. A GTA V DLC pack is part of the game itself, added by a GTA Online update, and every player has it. An addon pack is your own custom clothing in a folder your server streams, added after the game's packs.

The pack's name is part of every clothing file name, so you can read a pack straight from a file. The original game's clothing is the base pack. Each update after it added packs of its own.

In the Studio, the DLC pack filter lists these same packs, and every item shows its pack in its title.

Why packs matter for custom clothing

Packs matter for custom clothing because an item is its pack plus its number inside that pack, a replacement file must name the right pack to hit the right item, and newer packs need a recent game build. A server on an old build can be missing the clothing of the latest updates.

This GTA 5 DLC list has all 49 clothing packs in the Alive catalogue, oldest first, from the base game to Agents of Sabotage. Each row gives the pack, the update that added it, its release date and how sure the match is. Search by pack, by update or by year.

Updates newer than the catalogue

Rockstar has released more GTA Online updates since the catalogue's newest pack, 2024_02 from Agents of Sabotage. Their clothing packs, by the game's internal names, are in the table below, and none of them is in the catalogue yet. They matter if your server runs a recent game build.

Where the dates come from

The update names and release dates in this list come from the GTA Wiki's list of GTA Online updates (opens in a new tab), and the game's internal DLC names come from gtahash.com's DLC list (opens in a new tab) and a community list of DLC names and labels (opens in a new tab). Where the lists disagree on a day, we used the GTA Wiki.
